Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM IST). Orders placed after 3 PM or on Sundays/public holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will retry twice. After two failed attempts the order is returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment (re-shipping charges apply).

Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all tags intact
  • Not marked as "Final Sale"
Non-Returnable Items
  • Items sold on clearance / final sale
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Items without original tags or packaging
How to Initiate a Return
  1. Go to My Account → Orders
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Choose a reason and submit the return request
  4. We'll arrange a free pickup from your address within 2 business days

Exchanges

We currently do not support direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired size/colour.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Contact Us with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
